On June 1, 2019, I made a commitment to myself: I would walk every single day, no matter what. Rain or shine, tired or energized, busy or free—I kept moving. Since then, I haven’t missed a single day. Not one. And in that time, I’ve lost over 100 pounds and gained so much more: strength, clarity, community, and a renewed sense of purpose.

That’s why I started One Step Walking Club—to build a community of people who want to move, connect, and transform together. And guess what? You’re invited.

When: Every Saturday at 9:30 AM
🚶🏾‍♂️ Distance: 3 miles (but you can always go at your own pace)
